Every piece is made to order. Most orders are printed, quality-checked and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment. Larger items like LED name signs and photo night lights can take up to 3 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Orders of $35 or more ship free within the US. Smaller orders pay a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location; see our shipping policy for details.

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US, contact us and we'll let you know when that changes.

Yes. Product pages show a live preview as you type your name or text and choose your colors and font, so you know exactly what you're ordering.

We check every design to make sure it's print-ready (spelling as entered, character limits, sizing). If something looks off we'll email you before printing. Then it's printed in our studio, inspected, packed and shipped.

Our free reprint guarantee covers it. If your item arrives defective, damaged or doesn't match the design you approved, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it free, including shipping.

Because each piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or typos entered at checkout. Anything defective, damaged or misprinted is covered by our free reprint guarantee. Full details are in our returns policy.

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your item hasn't started printing yet, we'll happily fix it. Once printing begins we can't change it, so please double-check spelling in the preview.

Most items are printed in PLA, a durable plant-based plastic, on our Bambu Lab X1C printers. They're made for everyday use but aren't food-safe, dishwasher-safe or meant for high heat (like a car dashboard in summer).

Our keychains and tags are sturdy, but they're small parts. Keep them away from children under 3 and don't let pets chew them. Pet ID tags should be checked regularly for wear like any tag.

Yes. Many of our pieces work well as favors and group gifts. For larger quantities or custom requests, use the contact form and tell us what you have in mind, how many, and your date.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Fondly Made is a new, small brand from Bynum Enterprises. We design and print everything ourselves in our own 12-printer studio in the US; nothing is drop-shipped.
