The agreement
By purchasing from fondlymade.com you agree to these terms. The seller is Bynum Enterprises, operating as Fondly Made.
Made-to-order products
Each item is manufactured on demand from the personalization you provide. You're responsible for the accuracy of text you enter; we're responsible for printing it faithfully and to our quality standard.
Acceptable content
Personalizations may not include content you don't have rights to (trademarks, logos, branded characters) or hateful/illegal content. We review flagged orders and may cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically. We may correct obvious pricing errors before fulfillment.
Quality, returns & liability
Our reprint guarantee (see Returns & Reprints) is the exclusive remedy for defective items. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Products are decorative/functional keepsakes; small parts can be a choking hazard for children under 3.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights to our product designs, templates, and site content. You retain rights to content you submit (e.g., photos) and grant us a license to use it solely to produce your order.
