Our reprint guarantee
Every item is personalized and made just for you, so traditional returns don't apply — but our guarantee is simple: if your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will reprint and reship it free. No forms, no return shipping, no fuss. Just email a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Misspellings
If we misprint the text you entered, we reprint free. If the text was entered with a typo at order time, we'll still offer a discounted remake — we get it, it happens.
Cancellations
Because production starts quickly, you can cancel for a full refund any time before your item starts printing — usually within a few hours of ordering. Once printing has started, we can't cancel, but the reprint guarantee still applies to any quality issue.
Refunds
Where a refund is issued, it goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
